Cat State

Cat State is a term in quantum physics that “refers to a quantum state composed of a superposition of two other states of flagrantly contradictory aspects.”

Gradient Ascent
|
Gradient Ascent is an “algorithm to maximize function.” In images, one sees lines that are flat and then rise at quite a steep ascent. Mitra Fabian created a mirrored drawing of these linear patterns and drew them out with yellow diodes. Each panel is 8 feet long.
