ARTIST STATEMENT I am an artist, educator and administrator with over 20 years experience in higher education in the US and Europe. Ecological, political, and personal disasters are the framework for my creative practice, with an exhibition history that ranges from local artist run projects to shows in commercial galleries, non-profits, art centers and museums. I am deeply committed to my educational community, and model the transparency, honesty, criticality, and professionalism that I hope to cultivate with my team. I am a sought after lecturer and guest critic, where I focus on bridging the gap between ideation and creation, process and content.
